~Exciting News for Bella Vintage Designs~

So thrilled Bella Vintage Designs has been recently selected to display her lil “wares” at the fabulous City Farmhouse located in historic Franklin, Tennessee!

City Farmhouse is a progression of design styles~urban~artsy~antiquey~vintage chic. Offering Swedish & French Country furnishings & accessories, various styles of hand painted furniture, farm tables, industrial, architectural, lighting, handmade pottery, and a stunning line of handcrafted bed lines.

Longtime sellers of antiques and vintage design, David & Kim Leggett, owners of City Farmhouse, have offered their personally selected wares to discerning clients for 18 years. In addition to exhibiting at major antique shows throughout the U.S. the couple sells to museums and private collectors as well as to celebrity clients such as Ralph Lauren, Lillian August, Pam Tillis, Rachael Ashwell, & ABC Home as well as providing objects and furnishings of unique design to their local clientele.

~Bella’s design style reflects elegance and imperfections of years past. Our offerings will range from chic romantic furniture & accessories, beach cottage, elegant lighting and divine architecturals. Bella loves designing with whites~mixing something elegant with a lil rustic~French Farmhouse inspired living~salvaged~shabby~chippy~beautifully worn~

Annie Sloan & her lil genius creation of "Chalk Paint" (not to be confused with "chalkboard" paint) has taken England by storm and can now be found here in the US.

Why is her paint so special you ask...

No sanding...no primer...so simple & quick to use~just pick up your brush & paint till your lil heart's content:) Yes...I said it...NO NEED to PRIME or PREPARE~you will adore it! My fave at the moment~Paris Grey.

Bella Rustica~An Urban Barn Marketplace

“Barn Sales” are popping up all across the country. I think of them as “upscale” tag sales offering a unique shopping experience for antique, vintage and repurposed furnishings & accessories. Tap Root Farm, located here in Franklin Tennessee, will host the premier Bella Rustica Barn Marketplace September 16th & 17^th. My sister ~Design Girl Interiors~ & Bella Vintage Designs will have a vendor spot~we would love to meet you there! You will find one of kind lil treasures, live music, good eats, and artisans from all over the country. All proceeds benefit AGAPE Nashville and the children & families they serve.

One of our fave weekend things to do is explore the back country roads of "our" Tennessee. You never know what great lil vintage treasures you may come across;) My hubby & I love to linger around the 8th Avenue Antique District in Nashville~especially Preservation Station~a designers haven full of architectural antiques.  I swoon over all the lovely relics as my mind dreams up how I can repurpose and find new lil places for them to be displayed & adored.
